‘The Walking Dead’: 4 minutes of midseason 6

AMC has released the first four minutes of the midseason 6 premiere of “The Walking Dead,” showing a group of bikers disarming Daryl, Sasha and Abraham.

It leaves viewers on a cliffhanger, so be prepared to scream, “What happens next!?” The bikers are working on behalf of Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), a new baddie who makes the Governor look like a cuddly puppy.

“No Way Out,” airing at 9/8c Feb. 14 on AMC, was written by Seth Hoffman and directed by Greg Nicotero. It features even bigger zombie hordes than what we saw in the Season 6 premiere last fall.

Walkers are rampaging through Alexandria—well, as much as walkers can rampage—leaving Rick (ANdrew Lincoln) and his group with few options. The first four minutes of the episode hint that more trouble awaits if they do escape the walkers. Will Daryl (Norman Reedus), Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) and Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) lead Negan’s people to Rick?

The episode “takes all of these various storylines and slams everything together in an epic man against the undead battle that is unprecedented in the history of ‘The Walking Dead,’” Nicotero told Entertainment Weekly.
